Every piece of equipment from Denver Breaker comes with an One-Year Warranty. Each piece of equipment is guaranteed as long as the seal of warranty is not removed. Denver Breaker will replace any equipment that doesn't perform to the highest standards.

Warranty

If equipment fails to operate within one year of the date of purchase to buyer, Denver Breaker & Supply agrees with our opinion to replace or repair the equipment. All warranty work will be done at our facility in Denver, Colorado.

The warranty does NOT include expenses for removal from and/or replacement back in service, down time, loss of use, or expenses returning the good to Denver Breaker & Supply. If equipment is found to be defective, the shipping costs for returning the item to Denver Breaker & Supply will be credited.

This warranty will not apply to defects resulting from accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper storage or maintenance, improper installation, damage in transit, alterations or repairs performed by third parties, subsequent to the service or sale by Denver Breaker & Supply.

Any Warranty claim must be made in writing within six months of failure, and must include a detailed description of deficiency.
